About
For Kenton and Alex Brandimore, Brandimore Estate Co. is an unexpected but natural next chapter. Both are from St. Petersburg, Florida, and both completed their undergraduate and doctoral education at the University of Florida. Alex holds a Ph.D. and has built her clinical career specializing in speech and swallowing disorders for patients living with ALS and Parkinson’s disease. Kenton earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and has focused his career on integrative health and complex reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry. He is also the son of a building contractor, and grew up immersed in every side of a job site — framing, trades, punch lists — long before dental school, giving him a hands-on fluency with homes that now informs the way he oversees an estate.
Their careers may seem far removed from private estate stewardship. In practice, the standards are remarkably similar: discretion, precision, communication, sound judgment, and personal accountability when the details matter. Those principles now define Brandimore Estate Co.
More than five years ago, Kenton and Alex began investing in real estate together, growing a portfolio of short-, mid-, and long-term rentals they manage themselves. After repeatedly feeling underserved by conventional property management, they came to understand exactly what they wanted as owners — not simply someone to identify an issue, but someone willing to take responsibility for what happens next.
That experience, paired with a genuine love of homes, real estate, and hospitality, inspired a deliberate professional pivot: a trusted local representative who knows the property, understands the owner’s preferences, coordinates the right people, and follows every detail through to completion.
Today, Kenton and Alex are transitioning with their three daughters from St. Petersburg to their home in Glenville — bringing together their professional standard of care, their experience as hands-on owners and investors, and their commitment to the Highlands–Cashiers community they now call home.
